This is the second report from our students in Los Angeles. This time EN, a second-year student in the Department of International English, tells us all about what the students have been doing.（LAでの海外研修報告の第二弾です。今回は、国際英語学科の2年生ENさんが週末の過ごし方を紹介してくれます。）

ロサンゼルスでの生活も残り2週間ほどとなりました。今週は雨が降り、少し肌寒い日もありましたが、日本と比べるととても暖かく、半袖でも過ごせるほどです。

Universal Studios Hollywood

We recently went to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD. We had a great time riding the Simpsons, Transformers, Kung Fu, and other rides that are not available at USJ. What was especially impressive was the studio tour. The Studio Tour is the most popular attraction in the park and it takes about an hour to visit the sets that were actually used in Hollywood movies, and with 3D glasses, it was like stepping into the world of King Kong or Wild Speed, or seeing a close-up recreation of a powerful flood scene. I was very impressed to see the reproduction of the flood scene up close, which is a very precious experience not available in Japan.
（先日、私達はUNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOODに行きました。シンプソンズやトランスフォーマー、カンフーなどUSJにはない乗り物に乗ることができてとても楽しかったです。特に印象的だったのは、スタジオツアーです。このツアーはパーク内で一番人気のアトラクションで、実際にハリウッド映画に使われたセットを約1時間かけて見学することができます。3Dメガネをかけて、キングコングやワイルドスピードの世界に入り込んでしまったかのようなアトラクションや迫力満点の洪水シーンの再現を間近で見られたり、日本にはないとても貴重な体験ができて感動しました。）

次の日にはグリフィス天文台に行きました。グリフィス天文台の展望台からロサンゼルスが一望でき、とても綺麗でした。そして、あの「ハリウッドサイン」も見ることができました。今週はHollywoodとSanta Monicaへ、そして来週は待ちに待ったDisneyに行く予定です。

小学校でのボランティア活動も全力で取り組みながら、残り少ないロサンゼルスでの生活を楽しみたいと思います。
