Our department has a STARS program which provides a comprehensive English language learning support program. The five elements of the STARS program are: Step-up English, Total Seminar Support, Active English lessons, Real English, and Study Abroad. Students aim for scores in the TOEIC test or the Eiken test and when they achieve that goal they are awarded one of our STARS certificates.

We are always really happy when the students meet their goals. Whether it is a "Rising STAR" award, a 2 or 3 STAR award, or even a 4 or 5 STAR award - it is always great to see their progress. The students can be very satisfied with themselves, and then they can set new goals to achieve.

At the beginning of each semester, students are awarded their STARS certificates. Well done to all those students who received awards. Don't stop now - set your next goal and aim high. All students can make use of the English language support in the STARS program and we are sure your English will get better and better. Good luck!
